Mike now wanted to know more about Katya Rivas. He began by looking for ways to test her and her experiences.

The Fox Television Network of America heard of Mike's interest in Katya and they engaged him to produce a two hour primetime special called 'Signs From God" that was to feature Katya's extraordinary story.

On Good Friday, 1999, Mike and his film team arrived hoping that Katya would have the stigmata that day but it did not happen.  But that afternoon Jesus gave Katya a message which said:  "Do not be disappointed, have faith.  Come back the day after the Feast of My Corpus Christi."  That  Feast was two months away. 

The FOX Network was skeptical but Mike,  having seen the extraordinary results of the medical studies on Katya and other signs, was determined to film Katya on the Feast of Corpus Christi in Cochabamba.

The very fact that Katya predicted the date of when the stigmata would next appear, a date two months in the future, and that it happened at that time and was documented on film, lends a lot of credibility to Katya.

In the video, Mike described in detail his witnessing of Katya's stigmata that day.

"Having been there I don't believe it was self inflicted or put there by somebody else.  It started on the back of her left hand in the form of a cross … That then became an open wound. A matching wound …  appeared on the other hand."
