This spiritual revival now spreading from Bolivia comes from a Bishop and a nation deeply moved by this sequence of extraordinary happenings in Cochabamba. 

In May 1999, Archbishop Fernandez, in sympathy with the sentiments of Pope John Paul II, formally approved the formation of the Apostolate of the New Evangelization.

At the end of the video, Mike provided his thoughts as to what had transpired:

"Katya said that Jesus said to her after that stigmata: 'Everything you have done,' which I think you could interpret 'Everything I have done with you,' her previous stigmata, all her other experiences, 'was in preparation for this day.

"Now if that is true, Jesus was saying to the world, remember what I did for you, this was My crucifixion.  I was the Son of God.  I didn't have to go through this, but I subjected myself to this humility, and this pain, to save you, and you have forgotten that, and I am showing you this pain again through Katya.  I don't think there is any other explanation for it."
