Normal Picture
This is one of many “Normal Pictures” that were taken at night in Medjugorje, Yugoslavia in March, 1989. This is similar to what we saw while taking any of the pictures that night with our 35mm camera. We did not see anything like in the Miraculous Picture! We only saw it when we returned home and developed the film.
As you see, there were people around praying. In the “Miraculous Picture”, at the bottom center, you can see two heads. These were people that were there. Notice that there is a “tongue of fire” on top of their head but no Dove formation coming from it. Perhaps this is what the “Tongues of Fire” really looked like when Tongues of Fire rested on top of the heads of the Apostles during Pentecost.
In the “Normal Picture”, you see the medal cross. In the “Miraculous Picture”, you can see how the cross-bar changes to wood-like except at the very beginning on the left side.

The Most Holy Trinity
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I share this Miraculous picture with you that God has given to me to strengthen my weak faith and change my worldly ways. I pray that God in His Love and Mercy will also touch your heart and strengthen your faith as He did mine as I humbly try to Bear Witness to you.
This Miraculous picture was taken on the Holy Saturday night March 25, 1989 at the site of the first apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Medjugorje, Yugoslavia. What is seen in this picture was not visible to the naked eye and was only discovered after the film was developed upon our return home to the USA. I was there and have the original untouched negative along with other “normal” pictures taken that night like the one included here. Concerning this picture, the Holy Spirit is clearly seen in the form of a Dove Head. There are a total of seven Dove Heads coming from tongues of fire. Perhaps this represents the Seven Gifts of the Holy Spirit. God the Father and God the Son are located in the center Dove head. About half of the suffering face of Jesus with a crown of thorns is in the top middle of the center Dove head. God the Father is immediately below the face of Jesus at a slight angle. He looks like “old man winter” with ruffled hair, heavy eyebrows & puffy cheeks. I share this event with you for what it is worth to you. In 1989, I was always sort of a “Doubting Thomas” who said, “show me”. Well there two pictures, Miraculous and Normal, show me the great Love and Mercy of God towards another “Doubting Thomas”. It has strengthen my faith greatly and I know without a doubt that God does exist! I am still a sinner but my conversion continues each day. God’s Grace continues to strengthen me and lead me in His ways as presented in the Bible and the traditions and teachings of the Holy Catholic Church.
